A waterproof, long-wear liquid eyeliner that glides on to create lines of any size with a magical, limited-edition Disney design.
This ultra-pigmented formula features a felt tip and easy-glide ink flow for a controlled and precise application. It is the perfect liner to pair with the Disney Fantasia Storybook (sold separately).
How To Use
To get the most of your glam:
-This product takes about 15 seconds to dry down.
-Use the side of the pen and stamp along the lash line to map out the direction of your liner.
