How soon can I receive my order?
Most orders are processed within 24 hours. Orders placed after 2:00pm will be delivered the next day.
Deliveries outside Accra are dispatched via Fedex or bus depending on the customer’s preference. Delivery details will be sent to all clients after dispatch.

Can I cancel my order?

Can I change my order or the information on my order after I have placed an order?
To change your order or the information on the order, please contact us on 0557338797 immediately. Please note, it may be difficult to change your order once your order status is on ‘Processed’ or ‘Dispatched’.
