HOW TO USE & WHO CAN USE: GuruNanda pulling oil formula comes with a measuring cup. Pour 15 mL of pulling oil into your measuring cup & swish for 2 minutes to 10 minutes depending on your comfort. Do NOT swallow. Spit the oil in a bin to avoid clogging of pipes. Immediately after, brush your teeth with the GuruNanda Butter on Gums Toothbrush.
